Allison "Fab" Howell
Allison “Fab” Howell is a Certified Chief Happiness Officer and the creator of the Fab Messy Middle Marketing Method. For almost 2 decades, she has been in the helping profession as a social worker, coach, creator, and changemaker, usually all at once.
At the height of the pandemic in 2020, Allison realized the need to expand her happiness and mental health skill sets for both herself and her sphere of influence. So she began her journey with the Happiness Studies Academy.
While she advocates for taking a whole-person approach to happiness, Allison’s main focus is providing simple, practical solutions without decision fatigue, strategy overwhelm, or constant comparison so changemakers can become successful and prominent leaders.
This is done through evidence-based tools to improve engagement, recruitment, customer service and overall wellbeing.
In her spare time, Allison enjoys creative expression through art and adding moments of “fab” to the often messy middle of teen parenting with her two children and rescue pup.
Allison has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Fresno Pacific University. She holds certifications in Happiness Training through the Happiness Studies Academy and Chief Happiness Officer through Florida International University. Allison is also a Certified Marketing Consultant, Business Performance Coach, and Quantum Numerologist.
Allison is authentic and approachable, and she brings tangible tools we can all put into action immediately to show up and make a difference to those that need our gifts.
She has a way of putting into words the things that are holding us back, and when we can see them we can address them.
